02 Account Registration

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, l444 apps reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit the balances. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

l444 apps reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Required identity documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or in cases of any suspicious activity. If a member does not cooperate with identity verification, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended.

03 Age and Eligibility

All services on l444 apps are exclusively for persons aged 21 or above. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on this platform. If a member creates an account by providing a false age, all their transactions will be voided and the associated balance and winnings may be forfeited.

In addition, no professional player, coach, referee, or person involved in match management may place bets on their own competitions. If l444 apps detects such activity, the relevant bets will be voided.

04 Account Security

4.1 Password Protection

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information should not be shared with any third party. l444 apps will never ask for your password by email or phone.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount on l444 apps is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used on the account.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the method used for the deposit.

5.3 Withdrawing Bonus Balance

To withdraw winnings from a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds and any associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. The wagering requirements for each bonus are described in detail in Section 6.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

l444 apps offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 Other Promotions

l444 apps runs various promotions including weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses, and cricket frenzy offers. Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are stated in the relevant promotion details.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once (where applicable) and must be used within the specified time limit.
• Bonus balance cannot be converted directly to cash — only winnings after the wagering requirements are met may be withdrawn.
• If a bonus is active, a new bonus may be taken by cancelling any active bonus before depositing, but the previous bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system may result in account termination.

07 Betting and Gaming

7.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, all bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled, unless l444 apps decides to void them due to an error. A bet is considered active once acceptance is confirmed. If a bet remains incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, l444 apps will investigate and make a decision.

7.2 Odds Changes

In sports betting, l444 apps reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, the odds on bets already accepted will not change. If a bet is accepted after an event has started and was placed at abnormal odds due to a technical reason, l444 apps may void that bet.

7.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the related bets will be voided and the stake returned. For multi-bets, the odds of the cancelled event will be set to 1.0 and the remaining bets will stand.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l444 apps:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to withdraw bonus funds through manipulation.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using software or any automated method to attempt to influence game outcomes.
• Involvement in match fixing or attempting to influence sporting events.
• Exploiting technical errors on l444 apps to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims.

09 VIP Program

The l444 apps VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — Bronze receives up to 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.8%, and Platinum 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.

VIP tier is determined based on a member's overall betting activity and the criteria for tier advancement are assessed by l444 apps. l444 apps reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Rights of l444 apps

l444 apps may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.

10.2 Member's Rights

A member may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, all wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any withdrawable balance must be withdrawn.

11 Privacy and Data Protection
